Employment Track for Special Populations

The Ministry of Economy and Employment provides assistance for companies that employ special populations – minorities, Haredim, single-parent families, and people with disabilities – through a competitive allocation procedure.

The assistance is provided for 30 months for industrial factories and commercial services.

The level of assistance provided begins at 35% of the salary, falling to 15% by the end of the period.

The assistance is conditioned on the employment of five or more new or relocated employees from special populations on a full-time basis, at or above the minimum wage.
