The Jerusalem Development Authority encourages “incentive trips” by corporations and entities from abroad in Jerusalem. Eligibility for a grant according to the procedure requires meeting the threshold conditions of at least 100 people staying at least three nights in hotels in Jerusalem and participating in at least two days of activity in Jerusalem.

The amount of the grant (between 50,000 NIS – 1,200,000 NIS) is determined by a grants committee.
