In accordance with Government Decision No. 1483, the JDA is working to increase the number of students in Jerusalem. To this end, the JDA is interesting in working in a focused manner with the Haredi population within the city limits. Studies by the Council for Higher Education suggest that there is significant potential to increase the number of students in higher education from this population over the coming years.
