The JDA encourages entrepreneurs and organizers of international conventions to hold conferences and congresses in Jerusalem in the fields of the economy, science, and medicine.

Eligibility for a grant according to the procedure requires compliance with the threshold condition of at least three days of conference with a minimum of 300 participants of whom 20% are international.

The amount of the grant (between NIS 75,000 – NIS 1,000,000) is determined by the Grants Committee.

For international conferences with a religious orientation, the procedure requires compliance with the threshold condition of a minimum of 300 participants of whom 70% are international.
