A grant to encourage the opening of new campuses and the expansion of existing campuses
for higher education in Jerusalem capable of absorbing the increase
in the number of students in the city.
This grant will provide support for two types of institutions:
institutions of higher education and an institution recognized by the Ministry of Culture.
The financial assistance available to all applicants approved as eligible in accordance with
the procedure is up to a cumulative total of NIS 57 million.
